Orders are delivered within a maximum of 5 to 7 working days .
The day before the scheduled delivery date, you will receive a confirmation email from our shipping partner. On the day of delivery, you will receive a second email containing a tracking code allowing you to check the estimated arrival time.
You can return or exchange your product within 14 days of purchase . Items must be returned to our customer service department unused, undamaged , and, if possible, with all tags and the original packaging intact.
