Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Zones

• We deliver our products and services mainly in Belgium.

• For any delivery request outside this area, please contact us to study the feasibility and specific conditions.

2. Delivery times

• Delivery times are indicated during order confirmation.

• As a general rule, deliveries are made within 5 working days after payment confirmation.

• In exceptional circumstances (stock shortages, adverse weather conditions, periods of high demand), an additional delay may be necessary. You will be promptly informed of any delays.

3. Delivery methods

• Deliveries are made either by our own means or by partner carriers.

• Depending on the nature of the products (wood, seedlings, forestry equipment, etc.), specific transport conditions may apply.

4. Delivery costs

• Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight, volume and destination of the order.

• They are clearly indicated before you confirm your order.

• For certain local orders or orders exceeding a certain amount, delivery may be offered.

5. Order Receipt

• The customer is required to check the condition of the products upon receipt.

• Any anomaly (missing product, damaged product, incorrect reference) must be reported immediately to the delivery person and confirmed in writing to BOIS VERT within 7 days.

6. Returns and Claims

• In case of any problem related to delivery, please contact us via our contact form or by mail to the headquarters address.

• Returns are accepted only after prior agreement and according to our general terms and conditions of sale.
