BOIS VERT reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.

8. Cancellation and returns

In accordance with European law, the consumer customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for exceptions provided by law (perishable products, services already performed, etc.).

Returns must be made in their original condition and at the customer's expense, except in the case of an error attributable to BOIS VERT.
9. Guarantees

The products benefit from legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects.

Any claim must be made in writing within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered.
10. Responsibility
BOIS VERT cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of products or services.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction where BOIS VERT's registered office is located, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
