1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the rights and obligations of the company BOIS VERT and its customers in the context of the sale of products and services offered on the website or directly by the company.

3. Products and services

The products and services offered (forest management, timber harvesting, landscaping, agricultural cultivation, management consulting, etc.) are described as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur.

4. Price

  • Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes (TTC).

  • Delivery charges and any other applicable fees are specified before order confirmation.

  • BOIS VERT reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.

5. Order

  • All orders imply full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  • The order is considered firm and final after written confirmation (email or signed quote).

6. Payment

  • Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card or any other means accepted by the company.

  • In case of late payment, penalties may be applied in accordance with applicable legislation.

7. Delivery

  • Delivery details are specified in our Delivery Policy .

  • Delivery times are given as a guide and may vary depending on logistical and climatic conditions.

8. Cancellation and returns

  • In accordance with European law, the consumer customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for exceptions provided by law (perishable products, services already performed, etc.).

  • Returns must be made in their original condition and at the customer's expense, except in the case of an error attributable to BOIS VERT.

9. Guarantees

  • The products benefit from legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects.

  • Any claim must be made in writing within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered.

10. Responsibility

BOIS VERT cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of products or services.

11. Personal data

The data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy .

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction where BOIS VERT's registered office is located, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
