Refund Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

• In accordance with European law, the consumer customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product or conclusion of the service contract to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

• This right does not apply to perishable goods, personalized goods, or services already performed with your prior consent.

2. Refund Procedure

• To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify BOIS VERT of your decision in writing (letter or email) within the legal time limit.

• Products must be returned in their original condition, complete and undamaged.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error attributable to BOIS VERT.

3. Reimbursement deadlines

• After receiving and verifying the returned products, BOIS VERT will proceed with the refund within a maximum of 14 days.

• The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Non-refundable products or services

• Perishable products or products likely to deteriorate rapidly.

• Products made to measure or personalized.

• Services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, with your prior agreement.

5. Complaints

• In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, you can request a refund or an exchange.

• The request must be made in writing within 14 days of receipt.
